What is Yoga?

Yoga is a medium to meet your god, to meet truth . It gives you will power through which one can make everything possible in the world. Yoga can create new sources or a path to reach enlightenment. Yoga gives the power to know the world and oneself. The world “Yoga” is introduced by the great legends of India. Its India who gave birth to “Yoga”. It is not a new word for India, it can be seen mentioned in Vedas, Upanishads, Gita and many great ethic/epic of India and is taken into practice from ages.

The great Mahararshi Patanjali was the originator of “Yogdarshan”. Moreover the actual meaning of Yoga is adding or joining which in other words we may say that meeting point of soul to the almighty. It can also be said that through Yoga a human being can know himself and can introduce to the world of enlightenment. Among the Yogasana the Asthang Yoga is much popular or has a special space, Its yoga which generates the inactive energy in the human body. It produces new cells and circulates blood throughout the body proportionately.

In today’s scenario the mentality of the youth is to join gym. It is their view points its only gym where they can turn their body into V-Shape .One must take this illusion from his/her mind. Regular practice of Yoga can also maintain body in required body shape. If we join gym our body becomes harsh and stiff but it has opposite, Yoga gives flexibility to the body.what is yoga

Its not only physical but also mental and emotional sickness can also be cured or medicated and we can get rid of these sickness. As we all know that there is great era of competition in outer world and to compete with the competitors a man is actually trying all possibilities of their zone, to acquire the luxurious life is working more than his capacity or strength. In this case at times he is actually avoiding the rules of nature, which cause or adds or the other sickness to his body. Someone said very beautifully that “Health is Wealth” Which means our only wealth or treasure is our health. If our body is grabbed by unhealthy elements or sickness in our body then we can’t have peace or enjoyment into our lives. In other words we may be unfortunate to cherish or lives to its fullest. No matter if you have a huge bank balance or luxurious life but still if you don’t have good health. One life becomes a burden to carry entire life. It just not the healthy and calm. The people who don’t have healthy mind or body ,sharp brain or energetic body have valueless or meaning life life.

A healthy mind originates the healthy body and enhances it. If one have a healthy mind then one can achieve new heights and can transform any impossibility into any possibility. Besides looking on other progress we must initiate ourselves and learn from their success. We must be the ice-breakers and do something different and innovative so that we can recognized as an individual. Just not see the success of the world and stay behind, In great ethic Gita Lord shri Krishna said that.

“A person who has enrolled and structured Food thoughts and behavior or possibility in thoughts and greatness in view, and the person who has accurate time of sleeping and rising up in the morning in real terms He is the true Yogi”.

Yam, Niyam, Asan, Pranayama  Pratyahar, Dharana, Dhyan and Samadhi are the eight parts of Astang Yoga.

Astang Yoga is not only for the Yogi’s but it is also beneficial for the one who wants to enhance his life with peace and calmness. To make the life easy going. Astang Yoga is mandatory. Astang Yoga also enriches the religious, meditation human life and science. A person who wants to know himself his vice or virtues or is a wondering in search of truth, must practice Astang yoga.

If the children where we can see the future of the nation. The nation which has cultured energetic and healthy children does not have to face the hurdles to be universal ace. It’s the children of the nation and add their contribution for the welfare of the nation. For all this they have to enrich their life and attitude with high culture, thoughts and systematic and disciplined routine. This time management and high thinking would help in the regular practice of Pranayama and Yogasana.

A person becomes rich because of  his high thinking not with bank balances, This high thinking can be obtained only through yoga and pranayama.
