1. Keep standing with heels joined, palms besides the thighs and face forward, body and mind completely at rest.
2. Now bring your left foot one step forward, bend it by knee, lower torso, stretch left hand forward and close the fist as if you are holding a bow.
3. Bring right hand in front of the chest and close the fist as if holding the string of the bow. Hold the breath within and remain in the posture for a while.
4.Come to normal position and repeat the performance by other side also. Relax after performing both ways.
