Uthit Padmasna ( Elevated Lotus Posture )
Uthit means lifted high.
1. Come to Padmasana, keep both palms firmly placed over floor by the sides of knees.
2. lift your whole body up with inhalation on full length arms and hands.
3. Remain in this posture for a while and relax with exhalation and then breathe normally.
