Padahastasana


1. Keep standing with heels joined, palms besides the thighs and face forward, body and mind completely at rest.

2. While inhaling, raise up your both hands straight over head with palms facing each other. Now face the palms forward.

3. Now while exhalation and pulling the stomach in, bend by the belt line region and try to touch the big toes with hands. If you are able to do that, further try to touch forehead to the knee caps.

4. Come to original standing position in reverse order of practice while inhaling. Relax after performing three rounds.
