Nataraj Asana
Nata means dance, and Raj means king, king of dance. The posture resembles to dancing Lord Shiva (Nataraj), hence the name.
1. Stand on left leg, grip right toes with right hand.
2. Raise left hand full length so that the right thigh, torso and left hand make a perfect straight line (45º).
3. Keep face relaxed and facing forward, gaze fixed in the level of eye sight.
4. Hold the posture and breath for some time and maintain the balance and then breathe slowly normally.
5. come to normal standing posture.
6. Repeat the same but with legs and hands changed.

Yoga is for everyone. Come and try it. Yoga is all about going at your own pace, knowing your own limits, and no matter what posture you do, don’t get to the point of being in pain. One great thing about Yoga is it’s not a competition.
