Marjari Asana ( Cat Posture )
1. Take position like a standing cat, body resting over knees and palms.
2. Keep distance between knees and palms equal to the width of shoulders.
3. Now raise your head and chest while inhaling keeping the back low.
4. Hold the posture for a while and with exhalation raise your back while lowering the head and chest.
5. Again hold the posture for a while and repeat the exercise for a few minutes and relax.
