Kukkutasana ( Cock Posture )


1. Come to  Padmasana (Lotus Posture).

2. Insert your hand through the region between calves and thighs. Place the palms firmly on floor and with inhalations and retention.

3. try to raise whole body up above floor, transferring total weight on Palms.

4. Remain in this posture for a while and relax with deep exhalation and then breathe normally.
