Cycling
1. Lay down on your back, keep both hands in the straight line of shoulders and palms firmly fixed to floor and facing it.
2. Now rotate both legs in air like paddling a bicycle.
3. Perform 10 to 20 paddling in one direction and by the same numbers in reverse direction.
4. After perform with single leg, do it with both legs having joined big toes and heels.
5. Ensure that cycling is practiced in the same numbers in both directions.
6. Relax for a minute or so in Shavasana, the Corpse Posture.
Benefits of Cycling – Very useful exercise for the persons having problems of knee pain, obesity, apple shaped belly and heavy hips and thighs. Makes stomach light and in good shape.
Caution – In case of knee joint pain, in which use of bicycle is denied by doctor, one should skip doing this exercise too.

Yoga is for everyone. Come and try it. Yoga is all about going at your own pace, knowing your own limits, and no matter what posture you do, don’t get to the point of being in pain. One great thing about Yoga is it’s not a competition.
