Bakasna ( Crane Posture )
1. Be seated on toes, palms firmly placed over floor in front, fingers open & facing forward.
2. Put your both knees over respective elbows, transfer body weight on palms and try slowly to lift your feet. Keeps face looking forward with holding breath, in.
3. Stay in the balanced and stabilized posture for a while and return to normal sitting posture with exhalation. Relax.
